Develop and configure Salesforce workflows, triggers, custom user interfaces with native hosting using Visualforce and Apex coding. Develop and implement component-based frameworks within Salesforce using Salesforce UI and Lightning. Design and develop solutions on CRM Salesforce platform integrating with backend systems, while working closely with our development, QA, product teams and Architects. Conduct analysis on design solutions, evaluate design options, and assesses risks and issues. Spearhead design reviews, discussions, and influence technical & business teams. Perform proactive analysis of platform architecture and process improvement. Provide best practice design recommendations on Salesforce platform development, and conduct application change impact analysis. Lead development projects within agile enterprise environment. Provide technical expertise, analyzes and evaluates code issues, implement software solutions to comply with stipulated security standards. Integrate Salesforce with both synchronous and asynchronous backend systems. Develop web-based graphical user interfaces using Java, J2EE, and distributed computing. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX.

What you have

Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following: Salesforce CRM hands on development including Lightning Web Component creation, Aura components, Apex Triggers and Classes, Batch and Test Classes, and the creation of Visualforce pages; Salesforce integration with ETL (Informatica 10 and above), REST and SOAP API; CICD/DevOps Tools including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkin, Bamboo, or Github; Salesforce Managed Packages; Developing and delivering solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Requires certifications in Platform Developer 1, and Salesforce Admin.
