Our newest campus, which also serves as Schwab’s Corporate Headquarters, is located on a 70-acre site that is part of the Circle T Ranch development. This state-of-the-art facility consists of 3 office buildings and 2 large parking structures, leaving more than enough room for our 6,000 on-site Schwabbies to find convenient parking and an array of workspaces.

In developing the Westlake Campus, we’re creating a site that reinforces our identity within the Dallas/Fort Worth community and gives our people a place to grow and thrive together. From on-site amenities like our seamless digital cafeteria to our numerous collaboration areas, communal tables, lounging areas, intimate meeting spots, and outdoor walking paths, the Westlake grounds and gorgeous Texas landscape inspire you to dream big and accomplish amazing things.
